Eric Ferguson
Eric lives in AGT with his wife Jenny and four children, Sadie, Sunny, Chloe, and his nephew Lamarcus. Eric moved to Kalamazoo from Chicago to play football for WMU. He's been serving the community as a restaurant manager for the past 30 years and is currently a manager at Fletcher's Pub in Texas Corners.
Josette Doby
Josette is a Senior Accountant, Corporate Tax at Kellogg. She has lived in Applegate Trails since it first began building homes. She will serve as the treasurer/director for AGT. Her main duties will be to pay HOA invoices, maintain the budget, and submit necessary tax documentation. She enjoys cooking and reading
Adam Manley
Adam moved into the neighborhood in September 2015. He is an Associate Professor of Workforce Education and Development at Western Michigan University. Adam has previously served as Applegate Trails HOA President in 2018 and 2019. When not working, Adam enjoys sailing, boating, and camping with his wife, Amy, and two children.
